Reusable Produce Bags – Sneak Peek at the New Packaging!

April 13, 2011 10:40 am

After partnering with Tailoredwear, Inc. to produce organic cotton aprons for A Greener Kitchen, we were on a quest to discover more ways to turn gorgeous Harmony Art fabrics into sustainable products for the kitchen. In May 2009, after much trial and error, long hours, a few tears shed (yep… I’m sure there was), we introduced our organic cotton reusable produce bags at the Eco-Chic Expo in Seattle, WA. We sold every last bag and we knew we were on to something!

We added them to our online inventory (although, currently not available, but will be again soon) and now we have plans to introduce them to other retailers as an eco-friendly wholesale item. While we prepare for this re-launch, we are working with graphic designer, Shelly Davidson, to truly bring this product to life through its packaging. If you’ve seen A Greener Kitchen’s reusable produce bags before, I hope you can see the difference. Here’s a sneak peek at the packaging…
